This villa is located in the beautiful village of Ratzakli, between the bustling village of Skala and the fishing village of Katelios, at very short distance of the two. The port of Poros, which connects the island with mainland Greece is only fifteen minutes by car.
Built on a hill overlooking the village, this single storey villa is quietly located on a large plot surrounded by gardens with beautiful flowers and offers stunning views of the Ionian Sea, the Mouda bay and Zakynthos island(Zante).
It is located at 1400 meters from the large sandy beach of Kaminia ending on the south by the beach of Mouda where you can sunbathe in peace.
These two beaches have since 2019 obtained the blue flag rewarding beaches that make efforts in environmental management.

You can also enjoy the naturist beach of Skala located at 4 km, after the big rocks at the south of the beach, which which continues to Cape Mouda.
This villa is comfortable for 4 people with 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms, but can accommodate up to 6 people with a sofa-bed in the living room, (a cot can be added free of charge oon request).
A large terrace of 75 m2 surrounds the pool, where you can sunbathe in complete privacy, with a private pool directly accessible from the living room and bedrooms, with magnificent sea views. This terrace is equipped with the furniture for take meals outside.
The living room overlooks the terrace and is equipped with a flat screen with satellite and DVD player.
The room overlooking the terrace is equipped with a double bed, while the other nature-oriented room has two single beds.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, hob recessed, wall oven, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, ... .
The living room is equipped with a flat screen TV with satellite reception and a DVD player.
you will have a small sealed safe that will allow you to protect your values.
All rooms are air conditioned, and also have ceiling fans.
Windows and bay windows are fitted with mosquito nets and shutters.
All the household linen is provided.
The end of stay cleaning is included in the rental price.
Maid service during the stay can be arranged by request.
You can access the Internet and send and receive faxes.
At 200m you will find a snack bar.
