Sarris Wines
Sarris has been located since 2017 in the southwest of the island, very close to Avithos beach in the Svoronata region.
The Sarris cellar is open to all wine lovers and to anyone wishing to know the world of natural wine and viticulture.
Panos Sarris, after his studies and some odd jobs in Athens decided in 2001 to return to live on the island where he created a café-bar in Lassi that he moved to Avithos in 2004 by transforming it into a restaurant.
During the winter of 2004-2005 he continued his studies as a sommelier, then visited wineries, wine exhibitions and restaurants around the world.
He took part in the National sommelier competition - Athens in 2007 where he obtained 2nd place.
From 2012, Panos bottled his Robola “Sarris” wine where in the world “Decanter” competition in London he won a silver medal in 2013.
