Included in the rental price:
. The rental of the villa
. The VAT
. electricity consumption, including air conditioning
. water consumption
. Wi-Fi access
. linen and towels
. end of stay cleaning
. maintenance of the pool and the garden
. A cot and a baby seat added on request
A damage deposit of 200 € or 200 £ is required to be paid in cash on arrival. This deposit is refunded on departure
THE TOURIST TAX IS ADDITIONAL (for 2025 it is €15/day). |
