What the price includes
Included in the rental price:
- The rental of the villa
- The VAT
- electricity consumption, including air conditioning
- water consumption
- Wi-Fi access
- linen and towels
- end of stay cleaning
- maintenance of the pool and the garden
- A cot and a baby seat added on request
- A damage deposit of 200 € or 170 £ is required to be paid in cash on arrival. This deposit is refunded on departure
The climate resilience fee (which replaces the former tourist tax) is not included in the price. This must be paid in cash upon arrival.
