What the price includes

Included in the rental price:

• The rental of the villa
• The VAT
• electricity consumption, including air conditioning
• water consumption
• Wi-Fi access
• linen and towels
• end of stay cleaning
• maintenance of the pool and the garden
• A cot and a baby seat added on request


 

A damage deposit of 200 € or 170 £ is required to be paid in cash on arrival. This deposit is refunded on departure
